Meet Dr. Amanda

Dr. Amanda Bienkowski ND, MLS(ASCP) is a naturopathic doctor licensed in Washington state.

Dr. Amanda offers a compassionate and positive approach to stimulate the body’s natural state of health and vitality. She works with individuals in all seasons of life, meeting people where they are on their unique health journey.

She earned her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University receiving additional training in craniosacral therapy, ultrasound-guided regenerative injections, IV therapy, vitalism, and mind-body medicine. Her practice incorporates diet and lifestyle optimization, botanical medicine, flower essences, hydrotherapy, homeopathy, naturopathic counseling, targeted nutritional supplements, guided breathing techniques, and more.

Prior to medical school, Dr. Amanda graduated from the University of Delaware with a B.S. in Medical Laboratory Science and worked at Nemours Alfred I. DuPont Hospital for Children, one of the nation’s top pediatric health systems. While attending Bastyr, she continued working in the clinical lab at the University of Washington Medical Center Northwest Hospital, maintaining her commitment to laboratory diagnostics and its critical role in patient care.

In addition to her clinical studies, Dr. Amanda completed a 200-hour registered yoga teacher training and holds Reiki Level I and II certifications. In her personal time she enjoys gardening, herbal medicine making, hiking the Cascades, and live music.

She brings this same grounded, thoughtful presence into her work with patients β€” blending science, tradition, and deep listening to create individualized care.
