FAQs

  • I offer exclusively virtual appointments for the time being. I look forward to providing in-person visits in the Seattle area very soon.

  • All visits are cash-based. For Washington residents insurance may cover routine lab tests ordered through LabCorp. Superbills are provided upon request which patients may submit to their insurance company for reimbursement.

  • In consideration of everyone’s time and to allow availability for other patients, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment changes or cancellations.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be charged 50% of the visit fee. This can be applied as credit toward a future visit if rescheduled within 30 days. Missed appointments (“no-shows”) will be charged $100.

I understand that unexpected situations arise and will always aim to apply this policy with fairness and discretion. Please reach out as soon as possible if an issue comes up.

  • Yes, naturopathic doctors licensed in Washington state have prescriptive authority. While I prefer alternative approaches first, medications may be prescribed when indicated, if medically necessary, or at the patient’s preference for those located in Washington.
