Pediatric Craniosacral Therapy
Structural and nervous system support for gentle beginnings.
Birth is beautiful — and it's also a lot of pressure, quite literally, on a very small body. Whether your little one arrived after a long labor, a fast one, an assisted delivery, or a C-section, their tiny nervous system just went through an enormous transition.
Pediatric craniosacral therapy offers a gentle approach to help your baby settle into their body — safely and with ease.

Craniosacral therapy works alongside — not instead of — your pediatrician and lactation consultant. It serves as a wonderful addition to your existing care team.
What Can I Expect From My Child’s Session?
Your child stays fully clothed for the entire 30-45 minute session. Infants are held in a parent's lap or gently supported on a padded table — whatever's most comfortable. There's no cracking, twisting, or forceful movements of any kind; the touch used is often no heavier than the weight of a nickel.
You stay in the room with your child for the entire session. Bring a favorite blanket, feed if it's feeding time, and together we’ll follow your child's lead — sessions are built around their comfort, not a rigid protocol.
Many families notice a shift after the very first visit. For ongoing patterns (like torticollis or long-standing feeding tension), a short series of sessions often supports the most lasting change.
